Initial Consultation

Service Description

An initial consultation gives us a chance to meet, talk about what has brought you to counselling and see whether working together feels right for you. Consultations can take place face-to-face, online or by telephone. There’s no pressure to share more than you feel comfortable with, this is simply an opportunity to ask questions and get a feel for how counselling with me might be.
