About Me

Welcome to my counselling practice. I'm Tours, and I'm passionate about helping people navigate life's challenges. My journey began at Weston College, where I studied Counselling Skills (Levels 2 and 3), igniting my deep interest in this field. I then pursued further education at University Centre Weston (UCW), earning a Foundation Degree and subsequently a BSc (Hons) in Counselling.

My experience encompasses a wide range of issues affecting adults, including anxiety, depression, health anxiety, OCD, trauma (including childhood trauma and childhood sexual abuse), and domestic abuse.

In addition to my work with adults, I've volunteered with a charity supporting young people aged 11-26, where I utilized creative approaches such as games, drawing, and sand play.

I'm particularly dedicated to addressing the impact of domestic abuse. I currently serve as a Manager for a domestic abuse charity, where I manage two social media platforms dedicated to raising awareness and providing educational resources. I also facilitate a therapeutic support group for survivors of domestic abuse.
