Book Online
A gentle first step, taken at your own pace.
Booking a counselling session doesn’t mean you have to have everything figured out. It’s simply a way to create some time and space for yourself.
You’re welcome to book online at a time that feels right for you. Sessions are offered in a calm, confidential setting, either in person or online.
If this is your first experience of counselling, it’s completely normal to feel unsure or nervous. We’ll take things slowly, and there’s no pressure to talk about anything before you’re ready.
What Happens After You Book
Once you’ve booked a session, you’ll receive a confirmation email with the details of your appointment.
For online sessions, you’ll also be sent a secure link before your session begins.
For in-person sessions, I’ll share clear information about where to find me and what to expect when you arrive.
If you have any questions beforehand, you’re always welcome to get in touch.
Choosing the Right Session
If you’re unsure which type of session to book, that’s okay. Many people start with an initial session to see how it feels and whether working together feels right for them.
You don’t need a referral, a diagnosis, or a clear goal to begin — just a willingness to show up.
A Reassuring Note
It’s okay if booking feels like a big step. Many people sit with the page for a while before clicking “book”, and that’s completely normal.
When you’re ready, the space will be here for you.
Before Your First Session
Before your first session, there’s nothing special you need to prepare. You don’t need to know what you want to talk about, and you don’t need to share anything you’re not ready to.
Your first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and for you to get a feel for how counselling with me might be. We’ll move at a pace that feels comfortable for you, and you’re always in control of what you choose to bring.
If you have any questions or concerns beforehand, you’re very welcome to get in touch.
