Helping you recover from domestic abuse, rebuild your confidence and move forward.
Domestic abuse is about far more than physical violence. It can involve coercive control, emotional abuse, psychological abuse, financial abuse, sexual abuse and intimidation.
Many people leave an abusive relationship believing they should “be over it”, yet continue to experience anxiety, hypervigilance, self-doubt, people-pleasing, guilt and difficulty trusting others. These are not signs of weakness. They are understandable responses to trauma.
I provide specialist domestic abuse counselling and therapeutic recovery groups to help you understand what happened, rebuild your confidence and reconnect with yourself.
Choose the Support That Feels Right for You
Recovery looks different for everyone. Whether you prefer the privacy of one-to-one counselling or the shared understanding of a therapeutic recovery group, support is available in a way that feels right for you.
Trauma-informed Online Therapeutic Recovery Groups
A safe, supportive space to understand trauma, rebuild confidence and connect with others who truly understand.
My online therapeutic recovery group is designed for individuals who have experienced trauma, domestic abuse or coercive control and are looking for support within a safe and understanding community.
Each session combines therapeutic discussion, psychoeducation and reflective exercises to help participants better understand themselves, their experiences and their recovery journey.
You don't need to have all the answers. You don't need to share more than you feel comfortable sharing. Simply arriving is enough.

Everyone deserves to feel safe enough to talk openly.
Some people find it easier to explore their experiences within a gender-specific group, which is why separate groups are available for women and men.
Feeling nervous is completely normal.
Many people worry about joining their first group. You might be wondering whether you'll have to talk, whether you'll fit in or whether you'll find it overwhelming.

There is never any pressure to speak or share more than feels comfortable. You're welcome to take things at your own pace.

Simply showing up is enough.
